• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cbaij will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within 30 days. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbaij's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
